Great location, quiet and clean.
It was really relaxing, we had a small waterfall outside of our balcony. It was very quiet. It was about 2 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg.

Location and a
friendly staff.
Breakfast area was a joke, way to small, could accommodate even a small group.
In room fireplace did not work though the maintenance guy did stop by to fix but we weren't in room. Breakfast area way to small, people were elbow to elbow, waiting in line, for what 5 or 6 people poor planning when built. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean except for this red stuff in the shower wall. Maybe a fixed drink.

This hotel was perfect in every way. The fireplace was great, hot tub was great and balcony over the river was excellent. The price was great and thanks to Priceline.

Good value for the money.
Continental breakfast.
The hotel was fine for our needs. The room was a nice size and had a fireplace. The staff was friendly and it would be a good place to stay while vacationing in the smokies with family.

Very close to everything yet off the main drag.
This hotel is a grat find. Just a block off the main drag in Gatlinburg so very little traffic. Yet with a block walk you can be everywhere. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is situated in a beautiful, relaxing setting overlooking a stream. Quiet, lovely area away from the crowds.
There was minimal eating area for continental breakfast and it was not set up in an appealing manner.
This hotel is located a couple of blocks from the main traffic area of Gatlinburg. The beautiful, quiet setting overlooking a rocky stream behind the hotel is fabulous. Our balcony view was spectacular. The hotel provided a peaceful retreat from the crowds of Gatlinburg.
