Looks pretty run down outside but that doesn't effect the inside.
Good location
and a
great free breakfast. Rooms are adequate - free WiFi. Good value.

The staff was #1! Friendly, helpful and quick to service.
Outside room noise (I was next to the back parking lot).
Convenient to everything. Staff was top-notch. Free wireless. No restaurant unfortunately, but a continental breakfast was very convenient.

Easy access to MHT airport
Pillows old and worn
Hotel is basic Fairfield with free coffee in room and complimentary light breakfast each morning. Pool is outside and not well kept. Towels and pillows are worn but rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. A/C not too effective during 80 degree summer day. TV gets about 20 channels (old style tube tv) through cable.
