Very easy to check in and out. Very clean and friendly staff.
Everything was great and I have no complaints.

I went on a short vacation with my family and had to worry about nothing as this hotel was great. The rooms and common areas were clean, the staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was the best I have seen.

It was a very nice, clean room and conveniently located.

This hotel had attractive rooms which were kept clean and stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions, extra towels, and discount coupons for local restaurants.

The location.

The room wasn't ready when they said that check-in would be and offered either a handicap room if I didn't wish to wait for another hour or wait another hour. Not what someone wants to hear. Upon check out the clerk was talking on the phone to someone who was not booking a room, giving advice on where else to stay while ignoring me the check out customer until the phone call was over, I found that poor customer service. read more

Bathroom was small.

This hotel was nice for our short stay in Myrtle Beach. Wish we could've had a rollaway bed but we managed to put 2 adults and 4 kids in a regular room. Would stay again, without a doubt. Pool was a little small but my 11 year old, 10 year old and my 8 year old enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly.
