Clean, comfortable, felt safe, convenient airport shuttle/free car parking, quiet, restaurants within walking.
Could hear people in the room above/ will stay upstairs next time!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is flying out of the San Jose airport. You can leave your car there, get prompt free shuttle service to and from the airport. Everything, including: the fitness center, pool, breakfast, the room having a safe,microwave, and refrigerator, were all so convenient. Several restaurants are directly in front of the hotel. It's very quiet, and right off of the freeway. We could not have done better! read more

Not crowded, inexpensive, comfortable, new continental breakfast.

We have been staying here since our son started college in this town and have always appreciated that it is clean, reasonably priced, and never busy. The staff is always courteous and willing to help with whatever we need. We will continue coming back as long as our son lives in San Jose.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to locations, need for a roll-away, etc.
Only one computer for guests to use. Overwatering in the landscaping.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and property clean and well maintained. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families actually, already have.

It was very nice and accommodating.
Wanted to take a bath rather than shower & plug didn't work. No shower caps.

When I mentioned to front desk at checkout she was very apologetic and said I should have told them, she would have had it repaired. That's OK

Hard bed, bathroom fan deafening, air conditioner loud.

I stayed for 2 nights and did not sleep due to the poor quality of the bed, loud air conditioner. Opened door instead and freeway noise was better at night. Bathroom light was part of fan and made it difficult to tolerate while brushing teeth and grooming. Poor lighting for women to put on make-up. Never stay here again.

Very clean environment, close to freeways and eateries.
Everything was wonderful.

The staff and security were friendly, rooms and common areas very well kept. Great location, close to freeways, food, gas station and public transportation. Good selection for continental breakfast. I thought I was at the wrong hotel because of the price. I was expecting just a so-so hotel. Have recommended to friends and family.

Slept great! Best continental breakfast I've seen!
King sized room was smaller than double queen. But thats the only things.

We had a great but short stay. The bed was the best nights sleep I'd had in months! My husband really enjoyed the varied selection at the free continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy.
My key stopped working.

This place is very comfortable. Easy access to expressway or to the metro. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfy. I'm glad I found this place and would stay again.

I had to leave.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in for this price. Don't even think about staying anywhere else when you are in San Jose. Great front desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed, doesn't miss their breakfast - very nice as well. For the price this place can't be beat.
