The hotel staff was friendly.
I did not like the location at all. This hotel is not accessible by metro rail. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at the hotel.

Internet connection is extremely slow and unreliable. Dayshift front desk staff insist dry-clean is the same as laundry of undergarment. Desk and chair are not in proportion. AC unit needs good maintenance. For short stay, it is fine. It does not accommodate for long stay such as one week or more.

Very convenient location off major highway. Convenient to stores. Free parking.
Breakfast pastries did not look fresh or appetitizing. Waffle maker for breakfast sticking and did not give crisp waffles.
Good 2 star hotel for the traveler with basic amenities. Good if just basic lodging required. Rooms relatively spacious. Free parking is a bonus. Close (4 miles) to University of Maryland College Park campus. Excellent value for visit to DC if you have your own car.

I liked the helpfulness of the front desk.
No coffee-maker in the room.
Very clean, comfortable, convenient -- for any purpose, whether business or pleasure.

Great breakfast buffet.
People hanging around outside hotel. Felt a little seedy.
If your looking for clean, no frills accommodations, then this is it. Hotel staff was pleasant, but there seemed to be too many people hanging around" utside the hotel.

Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
Something was wrong with TV sound & remote.
Very good hotel for business travelers. Just outside D.C. beltway, helpful staff, plenty of food for breakfast, plenty of hot water. Room was a little small, but was not a problem. Free Wi-Fi internet access was very useful. If I need to stay in the area again, I would strongly consider this hotel.

Very clean and good customer service.
I didn't like that I could not upgrade my room to a double bed even though there was rooms available.
Customer service was great, I loved that they had a waffle maker and breakfast everyday.

The free breakfast was wonderful.
The mattress was not comfortable, it was too soft.
Hotel is really good for one or two nights, but anything more than that you may be a little uncomfortable.

The continental breakfast was ok.
No manager on duty when we checked in, smoke alarm went of for 1 hr.
Unable to get 2 doubles instead of 1 queen when checking in. Forced to upgrade to 2 queen beds. 1st room with 2 queen beds had bugs (termites) in both beds. After getting into another room, the smoke alarm went off for 1 hr. Terrible experience!
