No bathroom fall.

Location was great, staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean checking in was a breeze, even early. One great thing was they allowed you to leave your car until 6:00 pm the day of departure which allowed more time for sightseeing.

The location is great. Just 1.5 blocks off Michigan. Clean, newly decorated room. Helpful staff.
I had no complaints.

This is a nice, smaller hotel (15 stories), 1.5 blocks off Michigan avenue. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. The king room with sitting area had microwave/fridge. The room was clean and kept clean during the stay. There is a small cardio exercise room on the 2nd floor. The free continental breakfast is a nice bonus as there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants nearby. While I would not characterize this as a family hotel, we were traveling with a 3 year old and it went well. There appeared to be a variety of guests there. read more
