Disorganized cleaning staff - room was skipped.

Overall, for the money, the hotel could not be beat. The common areas were rather small and very crowded for the holiday weekend. The hotel was somewhat noisy after hours which was unexpected, and we could actually hear voices from the room above. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The maid skipped our room one day, but towels were available at the desk.

Nice and affordable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Can't beat a last minute reservation including breakfast and pool for $62.

It has good parking.
The staff did not know there jobs.

The hotel was fine, I ask for a later check out time from the staff on duty and was grant it and in the morning they didn't honor it.

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I must say that this is one of the best. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful people that we have met in our hotel stays.

I liked the beds.
The TV and the shower.

The Fairfield Dayton South is a great solution if you will be traveling on business between Dayton/Cincinnati and Cleveland/Toledo. It's is not going to blow you away with amenities but it is a nice environment with friendly employees and a good location, with regard to the highway.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly!
The housekeeper left early one day and did not clean our room.

A very nice hotel that I would definitely recommend to others. Staff is very nice.
