Location.
When departing the hotel the staff was rude.

The mattress covers did not fit properly, and continued to detach.

The hotel has free internet and a nice variety of TV channels to view. The bed I slept in was comfortable.
I felt the hotel was expensive and the breakfast that was served is just above continental.

This hotel was clean in the public areas and had an indoor spa and pool. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked about places to eat. The location here is not very far from the colleges or the downtown area. The breakfast served was just adequate.

Staff was friendly and helpful - breakfast was good.
Room is too small (especially bathroom) for the price.

Clean and comfortable.
A
bit noisy

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The computer provided by the motel was helpful as I need to check with my office. Only down side was the room did not seem to block out outside noise as well as I would have liked. People in the hallway, etc. Overall though, I would recommend this motel, unless you have to have luxury.

close to main road and hot breakfast.
Room was to small for two and bed sheets didn't fit the bed. It was too small.

Was cute but I don't like cute. As very clean but way to small request two beds and got a king.

Well kept, decent location, and accommodating.
Difficulty entering property.

It was pleasant, not surrounded by less desirable properties, close to restaurants, shopping, easy to find. It was the best of our three stays in Dubuque, all of which were Priceline, 2 star. The first stay was by less desirable properties; the second motel came complete with bedbugs.
