Staff sensitivity in noticing my cane and assigning us a first floor room.
The handicap facility did not have an elevated commode.

Comfortable, convenient and close to IAD! The hotel far exceeded our expectations. All staff were welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very accomodating staff, very clean and bright rooms.

Exceeded my expectations. It felt like a new hotel not a 10 year old one. Room and indoor and outdoor common spaces were very clean. Staff was very welcoming.

The room was big, clean and comfortable.
Could have had more restaurants available.

We arrived late, but had a good room. (There was noise of running around upstairs, but it ceased.) The room was better and bigger than the pricier one we had in New York City, but of course, we were in Times Square. A perfect before-flight room.

This hotel is smoke free which is great and was newly remodeled. I have stayed here before and found it just as pleasurable this time as I have in the past.

The breakfast was filling.

The rooms were great for 6 people with 2 queen beds to share 2 rooms (No other hotel offers 2 queens beds in one room). The breakfast room was somewhat small but our kids filled up on the fresh donuts, bagels, fruit and microwave breakfast sandwiches. Would recommend for business and families.

The overall feel of the hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were very well kept and clean. Looked very modern but tasteful. Would stay there anytime I traveled to the area.
