Comfortable bed.
Very over priced for the room.
Decent hotel, over priced for area and facility in general, I will be staying in the same area early May for a couple of nights and I made sure that I noted other hotels available. I would not stay at this property or recommend it.

Location.
We needed to stay in Laurel overnight for a funeral. The location was good and we ate next door at a restaurant that was recommended by the employee at the desk. And was very good. Our room gave us all we needed plus it was very nice.

Got there, told no room available - horrible!

Please do something about your clout/relationship with a hotel that tells you to go somewhere else when you arrive after long driving. Really bad experience.

Breakfast, access to microwave for kids, fresh coffee in breakfast area all the time. I loved it.
The person at front desk told us we can get a microwave in the room for the kids the next day but he never contacted us back.
We loved our stay there. We will for sure stay there again and again whenever we will be in Washington. This year we told 10 people about our comfortable stay over there. Hope they will stay there too.

The room smelled incredibly clean upon entrance. Remarkable appearance.
Kids were disappointed that the pool closed so early.
Breakfast was incredible...great selection. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice looking hotel.
Responsiveness of staff including GM.
The staff was not responsive to my questions or to the problems that discussed.

The staff was friendly.
Undergoing renovation.
Although the hotel is undergoing some renovation that I noticed in the lobby and the hallway where my room was situated, I didn't hear any of the work going on in the morning or evening, so it wasn't a problem - I appreciated them doing the noisy stuff during the day. The continental breakfast was nicer than expected, even an opportunity for you to make your own waffles. The staff was very friendly and accommodating I had a remote control problem and it was handled right away and with a friendly attitude. The room was very clean and there were beautiful linens on the bed. The hotel is about 5 or 8 min from the Beltway, and about 10 min away from the Greenbelt Metro station - so it was very easy for me to get into D.C. read more
