The staff was not responsive to my questions or to the problems that discussed.

The staff was friendly.
Undergoing renovation.

Although the hotel is undergoing some renovation that I noticed in the lobby and the hallway where my room was situated, I didn't hear any of the work going on in the morning or evening, so it wasn't a problem - I appreciated them doing the noisy stuff during the day. The continental breakfast was nicer than expected, even an opportunity for you to make your own waffles. The staff was very friendly and accommodating I had a remote control problem and it was handled right away and with a friendly attitude. The room was very clean and there were beautiful linens on the bed. The hotel is about 5 or 8 min from the Beltway, and about 10 min away from the Greenbelt Metro station - so it was very easy for me to get into D.C. read more

Excellent staff, super breakfast and bar.

Short drive to subways to DC. Very excellent front desk personnel and maid service also top-top notcher to some excellent restaurants and shopping.

Heating unit was a bit difficult to adjust.

Good location, clean, friendly, we are always happy when we get this hotel.

Basically the employees. Hotel in remodeling.
Had to go to nearest traffic light turn around and come back to it.

Even with their remodeling it was nice. The rooms could use newer beds and a little better work on the walls. No smoking rooms!!! Might consider staying there again.

The staff was very professional.
Housekeeping service was not available on Thanksgiving day.

The location, and setup of this hotel lends itself to the business traveler. The recreation amenities are minimal, but there none the less.

Continental breakfast exceeded my expectations.
The key kept demagnetizing, pool out of service.

I was pleased with this clean and comfortable hotel. I appreciated the free internet access and loved the continental breakfast complete with Belgian waffles.
