The staff were very quick to remedy a disagreeable situation.
The first room I was in smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was under partial renovation when I was there which made it messy at first glance but the staff were very attentive and the room I ended up in was clean and easily met my needs.

People were very helpful and nice.
Hotel rooms were horrible.

The people were very helpful and nice. The breakfast wasn't good at all, besides the boxed cereals. The rooms were used when we got there. None of the furnishings matched. It wasn't what we expected at all and we're very disappointed with our room. The only upside was the staff. Needs to be updated very badly.

The maintenance staff is very friendly.
There were rowdy guest that did not let us sleep.

We had to call th front desk at 3:00 am one night due to rowdy guest and the front desk clerk did not seem interested in making sure that we were taken care of the remainder of our stay. We should have received a note or a apology for the behavior of the guests next door.

Surprisingly superior location. Near everything.
Too many noisy children swimming near front desk.

Clean, safe, attractive, near accessible close to beautiful bridges and yet far enough to feel exclusively isolated from downtown all within about one mile.

Great location to downtown Louisville, only a $7 cab ride away. And Falls of the Ohio is 1 block away!
A little noisy. The south view is obviously better than the north view.

Excellent for the $. Downtown is just a cab ride away. Good dining options. Falls of the Ohio only 2 blocks away.
