Clean, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms.
The water polo team that was put on the same floor as we were!

A fantastic hotel. We requested a quiet room on the top floor away from elevators and ice machines, which they provided. But they also put the water polo team that was staying there on the same floor!! Not too bright. They woke us up at midnight and kept us awake for about an hour! We should have been told about the team staying there.

It was fresh, clean, and inviting. Breakfast was good and staff helpful.
The inside drapes didn't pull together, so the light was bright from outside at night.

The check-in staff was very courteous and efficient. Location is excellent.
No refrigerator in room.

This hotel was ideally located for our stay in the western end of Madison, WI. There are several good restaurants nearby. The indoor pool and workout rooms looked excellent, even though I did not have an opportunity to use them.

It felt warm and friendly.
The whrilpool was just a bit to warm to stay in more then five mintues.

The check in was very well done and the person working even though she was very busy checking in other quests she made eye contact with us as to say I see please bare with me. She was well trained and gave everyone a good feeling right from the start.
