The hotel was very clean.
The hotel walls are much to thin could hear everything is the next room.
The hotel was very clean and the people were nice it was just so noisy which made it hard to sleep.

The recent upgrades in decoration and comfort have improved greatly.
The hotel itself was rather nice and the new remodeling of the Fairfield Inn has much more appeal. Unfortunately, the service was terrible! The drapes wouldn't close all the way and these people could see in. Hotels are not supposed to put single women on the first floor, especially with a small child. We were only in the room for about 6 hours, but the hallway was noisy and full of thugs. The room was nice and the bed comfortable but I wouldn't stay there again. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with various items to choose from. Overall, I had a good stay.
My room was too warm. I played with the AC but couldn't get it to cool down.

The continental breakfast was excellent.
The beds could be a little softer.
This hotel was excellent for an overnight stay close to the airport. The continental breakfast was very good and well stocked with nice variety of choices. I would have liked a banana though. The beds were pretty firm. The water pressure was too low for the "rain" style shower head that was in my room. Overall a very good economy hotel choice.

The room was nice, clean, well decorated, very convenient location to BART train.
Not the nicest area of town, but we were just staying the night then driving to the train station nearby so it didn't matter much.
The hotel was very nice. It was clean, quiet, and staff was polite. However, on Sunday at 7am we awoke to hear two women screaming at each other from a room somewhere on our hall. They then came into the hall and continued arguing loudly. I heard the front desk manager come up and calmly ask the women to please go downstairs or outside. Something was said about calling police, and shortly after they left the hall and it was quiet again. So, the manager did get them quiet and out of the hall as quickly as he could. There are crazy people everywhere, so I don't blame the hotel. I would stay there again. It was the perfect location for our bart train trips into San Francisco for the weekend. read more

Area where the hotel sits is not the best area.
It met the Marriott criteria and was comfortable. I would stay here again at the value price I paid.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. I've never had a better experience away from home!
Honestly, everything was great from the staff to the room and amenities and location. Nothing to dislike.
The staff was so great from the minute we checked in till we left the next day. The hotel itself had everything we were looking for including a work-out room, hot tub, breakfast buffet, and specific location. The employees were so wonderful and friendly. We had a great experience and will plan to stay there on our next visit to CA this summer.

The staff was very friendly.
The hotel needs a connection shuttle between the hotel and Bart Station.
Great service, due to challenged location, needs to consider a wider array of shuttle/transportation services.

It was a clean hotel and well kept.
A very scary location.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The main problem with this location is it dangerous and I do not recommend if you have children. It's a 15 minute walk to the Bart train. On your way you will pass many homeless camps and rough looking people. You can only walk during the day. Everyone told me do not walk it at night. The hotel will not bring you to the Bart. If you are only staying for a layover and are not going to leave the hotel then it is a nice place. read more
