Desk clerk was friendly and helpful in locating shopping and restaurants.
Room was not dirty but did have trash and used soap left from previous guest. Window had noisy air leak.

Lobby and breakfast area was pleasant. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean and inviting. Room was adequate although a bit small since it was next to the elevator. Overall it was a good value.

We liked that it was very close to a lot of restaurants and the mall.
I did not like that there was no smoking rooms at all.

I thought that it was pretty decent. It was not in the least bit romantic.

Update bed linens from a year ago.
The bed was very soft.

This hotel is a standard Fairfield. The continental breakfast was good compared to other hotels continental breakfast. A flyer on the pillow said the linens and bed are new and upgraded. The linens were better then a year ago but the bed was really soft.

Such a great breakfast buffet! So many choices!
Did not have Dr. Pepper in the vending machine

Excellent facilities, clean and well-kept. Friendly staff, and I loved the breakfast food. They had an indoor pool/hot tub which we didn't use, but it looked great and was never crowded when we went by. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The beds were very comfortable and the room gave a welcoming presence.
The bath tub drained very slowly. Was standing in shower water during shower.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the continental breakfast Would stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, heated pool and hot tub were a plus.
Noisy children, water in hot tub got dirty from overuse by kids during the weekend. Also ice machine was broken.

Overall, it was pleasant and a very good value and staff was very responsive.

The rooms were very nice.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We enjoyed our stay very much. They even had warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked in. Clean and very comfortable.

The maintenance staff was very friendly.
The policies of this chain are not acceptable in my opinion.

The hotel is very nice and clean. It is in a good neighborhood but they are not customer oriented. I don't know if it is the chain's policy or the managers policy. They discriminate shoppers by having special rooms only for them. I am not saying that they are outside their bounds. I am saying that I am 6 ,10 tall and my wife and I do not fit very well in a queen size bed. I did come back but given the opportunity to purchase travel insurance does I will not stay there again unless they change their policy in writing before I book. read more
