Didn't like the pillows.

Would stay there again. Close to the casinos and dining. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

For the amount I paid for the hotel. I thought I would be getting a better deal. Something more luxurious. I've gone to hotels before I've got better rooms. Than what I got. I think the price that fair field inn negotiated was about the same. One of my friends told me he got lucky in Chicago & got a lot nicer more luxurious hotel for only with Priceline.com. So I'll keep trying & see what happens. read more

Room was neat and clean. Check-in was smooth.
Upon returning late in the evening, my electronic room key did not work.

A nice hotel. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Seems a bit pricey for the level of accommodations and amenities.

The service was great!
Chlorine smelled throughout the building from the swimming pool. It was very strong and permeated the rooms.

1. The hotel room was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. There were dust webs in the corner of the room. 2. The chlorine smell from the swimming pool was horrible and once you opened and closed your hotel room door infiltrated into the room. 3. Although I was very happy with the service from the staff, I will not stay here again. The price was moderate, the rooms old and not clean and I can not tolerate chlorine 24x7. read more

Bed was excellent!
Was stuck with one smoking room.

The overall experience was excellent but was disappointed that one of our two rooms was a smoking room. I had called ahead and made a special request but as the hotel was completely booked, I guess it was not possible. The staff was apologetic, but it would have made it a much more pleasurable experience with a non-smoking room. Also, they ran out of some breakfast items.

We were met at the desk by JD the manager. He was very friendly and congenial. Our room wasn't quite ready, and the maid was very apologetic.
Not many "extras" in the room (lotion, face wash, etc.).

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the casino! The staff was friendly and helpful.
