The hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and good continental breakfast.

This was a very clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. The staff was friendly and wonderful. The pool area was clean. My kids loved it. Continental breakfast was great, lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, attractive, comfortable, friendly. Nice location if not travelling to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
The picture on the net was Fairield Inn across from shopping center close to Pigeon Forge.

Hotel was excellent. New, very clean, nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly. All was great except the location. It took us almost two hours to drive from the hotel to Pigeon Froge because of unusually heavy traffic. I was with my 22 year old daughter and my 81 year old mother. Quite a challenge! We had to stay in Pigeon Forge each day because of travelling time My mother had a difficulot time with this! read more
