This room was very spacious and clean! The heater was extremely quiet as was the room itself.
The only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the towels could have been thicker/softer.

The hotel was off the road, so it felt like we were staying out in the country when we were right in town. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast included extras like waffles, boiled eggs, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The pool area was clean and the hot tub very large.

Nice place to stay for short trip. Noisy if there are a lot of lightly managed children.

Clean, comfortable and professional staff.

Hotel is conveniently located on the south side of Traverse City - perfect if you're not there for lake-front vacation travel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was the nicest I've seen in this class of hotel.

The price through Priceline.
No refrigerator or microwave!

Was very pleasant and the staff was Great! Asked for a refrigerator and microwave but did not get it. Ice machine on first and third floor, none on second. Very clean and comfortable. What was expected it was. Will return again!

The price and location was fantastic.
Our room was beside the continental breakfast area which was extremely loud at 7:30 am. Not the greatest if you're looking to sleep in or relax!

The hotel was in a great location for shopping in Traverse City. Great restaurants around. Nice room and public areas. Great continental breakfast. I will stay again, just not in room 110. Could use some better sound proofing.
