Front desk clerk very accomodating
Very upset when we got their the hot tub was not in operation and this is one reason we booked this hotel

First room smelled of smoke, front desk very accomadating when asked for another room. Upset that the hot tub was not in working order. There is not enough parking for guests

Very clean and comfortable.
Couldn't turn the TV volume down below a certain level.

Very comfortable with friendly staff. Common breakfast area was clean with plenty of offerings.

Staff was friendly, and reacted quickly to an issue with our room.
Our first room was missing remote for TV, and one of the drawers to the night stand had empty bag of chips and crumbs.

Hotel staff was friendly, as they took care of an issue with room cleanliness. Moved us to a suite, and did not hesitate to take care of. There was no debating our concern, they just took care of it, as it should be.

Location was good and bed was comfortable.
The color scheme in the room was awful (lime green and reds w/ all kinds of patterns).

Bathroom shower warm water does not last long.

Very reasonable hotel. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Nothing all was great.

Easy to find, check in / out was perfect. Nice pool and spa. Decent coffee, most important part of the day, right.

Clean, quiet, convenient.
No self serve laundry, terrible breakfast.

Typical of Fairfield Inns, although the breakfast was much worse than usual and I have pretty low expectations for low end Marriott chains. No laundry on site so I had to walk across the street to the Hampton Inn. Clean room, quiet, and good value.
