Very nice, clean hotel, I would stay again.
Breakfast breads were hard and stale.

Very nice decent, safe place. It had nice beds and upscale bedding. Breakfast selection was plentiful but some items were not replaced as needed so they were stale.

Chair in my room.

This hotel is above and beyond any other I have seen in sincere customer service. The staff is quick to take care of their guests' needs, attentive, proactive. They are so sincere. Not just putting on a smile or saying the right words but not having it on the inside. They are great! Great at service and hospitality.

The bed was extremely soft and comfortable and provided ample number of pillows.

No exercise facility.

I was a little unhappy with this hotel. When I got to the desk and checked in I asked if there were two sleeping options. 2 beds/1 bed and 1 couch to be able to accommodate 2 people and I was told that no special requests could be honored and that was hotel policy. If the other adult you are traveling with is not your spouse it is most likely not someone you want to sleep in the same bed with. The girl at the desk was not at all accommodating and bordered on rude when asked this question. read more
