There was more than sufficient seating for breakfast.
Check in time is 3PM. I arrived at 3:15 and the rooms weren't ready.

The hotel was clean and it is ideally located for access to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the softness of the sheets. I thought the breakfast was adequate. However I think they could have done better than instant packaged oatmeal. Other hotels have made an effort to cook fresh oatmeal which is something I, personally, would have enjoyed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. It was very clean.
Had to wait in line for waffles at breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel. The price was right, and we really liked the living area being separate from the bedroom. The staff could not have been nicer.

I liked the location and the continental breakfast.
I didn't like the sheer only curtain, no privacy.

It was a comfortable hotel located in the heart of the historic area.

Nice, clean hotel.

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We received a great rate. The hotel was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The breakfast included ample choices for everyone. Pool was nice though the hot tub was non-jetted.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast; loved the waffle makers. An issue arose and the front desk fixed it immediately.
Cleaning service missed a wet spot on the mattress pad. We were immediately moved to a new room upon discovering it.

Great place to stay. Quiet and private environment. Clean pool for swimming. Great location for local attractions: Colonial Williamsburg, Riplies Believe It or No Museum. Several local restaurants; Applebees, Golden Corral, Mexican, are just some of them. The free continental breakfast was great having several choices including fresh made waffles, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, and pastries. Definitely on my list as a return location. read more

The hotel was very fresh and clean. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were a great size for us.
The pool could have been a little warmer.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms are pretty modern.

The hot tub was non-jetted.

We were pleasantly surprised with an up-grade to a suite, that was very comfortable and spacious!
