Location to casino.
$20 for parking.

Overall good experience although the bed was very hard! $20 for valet parking is way too expensive so we decided to park in the casino for $10! this is a good option if you are not planning to need your car for the night as you are charged $10 every time you leave, fortunately for us we did not need to use the car after we checked in.

Hot tub was perfect temperature and staff supplied shavers.
No fridge -ice bucket made a puddle, decor was a little off.

It was, overall, a comfortable stay and would stay again for less or for same rate. Breakfast buffet should be complimentary since thats what competition frequently offers.

The location and large room which appeared to have been renovated recently.
The lack of channels on the TV, a broken window in my room and the construction.

This hotel is well located to the Falls, lots of restaurants and shopping and the casino. Unfortunately it is an aging hotel with odd-shaped rooms. While quite large, the room is laid out in such a way that the TV is far from the bed. Overall the hotel is "trying hard" but I found the overall experience to be less than expected.

Room decor was nice.
Under construction.

Currently under construction, so this impacted my review a lot. Very noisy even though we were assured that we wouldn't be able to hear it. Once that is over, would be a good family place. Not many king beds. We had to use queens so again, good for families. Rooms could have been cleaner. Our sheets weren't changed when we arrived, and overall it seemed like it could use a good cleaning. read more
