Hotel was very run down. Guest facilities were very dirty, room was not clean, bed spread dingy and faded. Broken lamp, dirty walls, carpet, carpet was frayed bad and worn, couch was very soiled, missing light bulbs.

Location was good, price was reasonable, and good air conditioner.
Parking was terrible. Wanted to clean the room at 8 am refused, so the room was taken care of.

Over all, the motel was fine, but for weary travelers with older and younger people not accommodating with towel, cups, coffee in room by second night, had to go find items.
