The experience with the staff was so awe full that I cannot recall anything that I liked.
Noisy, unhelpful and rude staff, facilities a little outdated.

My experience in this hotel was terrible. I was charged for my room another twice and the staff did not do anything to help. The hotel was noisy and I am sure I would have enjoyed my stay better if I did not have to deal with the payment issue everyday for an hour each time. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and after talking to friends who live in Guadalajara, I heard many bad things on Fenix, the way they treat their customers and their inefficiency. read more

Great downtown location.
Need to ask for additional towels.

The hotel is located in a great location downtown. Many historic sites and great restaurants located within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great hotel for the price.
