Quick check in and the cookies at check in.
Work being done outside our room.

The hotel is beautiful and a nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful in suggesting a place for dinner. The only thing I can say negatively was that they were taking up tile outside of out room and the pool area, so was noisy and dusty, but I understand these things have to be done, just unfortunate we had to be there when it was happening.

Decor, clean, courtesy and accessible.

We enjoyed being able to walk around by the water, shop and have dinner at the various restaurants near by. We also spent a day in Solvang and return to the hotel for dinner. We had room service and the food was wonderful and service was very great.

Cheap toilet paper.

Overall great hotel. Staff is very personable and helpfull. Food service is great.

Top notch, very well managed.
Only had a mini bar no small fridge to keep milk juice or kids snacks cold.

They always say location is everything. My ocean view room had a great view of the Santa Barbra Bay. We ate at there steak house the food was great. A little pricey, seven dollars for a side dish! We did have room service one night one of the best hamburgers I ever had. Pool area was very nice. One more thing, you need a better basketball hoop.

the location to the beach is the best perk.
I did notice the train noise when checking in but I stayed on the beach side.

Only stayed for one night, but had a great nights rest.
