Clean facilities, friendly staff, and helpful.

Great location in the middle of the Acapulco Bay strip. Beautiful views of the Bay. Clean rooms and facilities.

Great location, nice room with great view.
Service was not very friendly. Restaurant was mediocre. Bad service.
We had a great room with a fantastic view with a wrap around balcony. Pool and beach were great! Don't bother with the restaurant.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of Acapulco Bay.
There was a construction site next door that was somewhat noisy in the morning.
It was downtown in Acapulco. It was very clean and despite the construction next door, the view was nice. The floors were marble and all of the bathroom fixtures were fairly new. It was decorated nicely. We ordered room service. The bill was reasonable and the food was excellent.

I honestly can't think of anything I especially liked.
Charged for coffee packets in room to make coffee; charged for bottled water; charged for parking; charged for local phone calls.
I have lived in Mexico and traveled throughout Mexico. There is nothing special about this hotel. No great beach; small pool; bland rooms; loud air-conditioning equipment situated next to rooms; expensive food.

Very respectful staff. View was exceptional and facilities were outstanding.
Internet access a little over priced in respect to what was available right next door.
Excellent service with very clean rooms. Views were exceptional. Everything we needed was there.

A beach which is almost private. Good scenery.
A bit noisy due to costruction next door.
Rooms were very good. Good view. The 20 pesos they charged for the coffee service seemed a bit on the cheap side. This should have been free!

Great Place! Next to the beach and the strip. Staff is very helpful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very fast and the rooms had a great view of the main beach. Located right along the strip it was perfect for any night life, and since it was on the beach it was also perfect for the day! Everything worked fine and had no troubles.

Not really a 3 star hotel. More business class.
Nice new hotel in great location. However not really 3 star perhaps 2.5 is better rating.

It is located in the center of the bay. It is also very close to all the nightlife.
At this moment, their is construction going on next door to the hotel.
Beautiful views! Good inexpensive food in their restaurant. Two clean pools. Quiet during the weekdays. Families come from Mexico City on the weekends. The best location.

Cleanliness, good food and the staff
was very friendly. Good view.
Need bigger space and more gym equipment.
