The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was pretty nice as well.

The Firelight is a reasonably priced hotel for those who want to see Lake Tahoe at a fair price, not cheap, but fair. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was a nice, large flat-screen television. North star and the Casinos are just a short drive away. I will definitely stay here again.

Very rude and unhelpful staff.

Staff was very rude short tempered and tried to sneak every penny out of you. They charged me for an extra nights stay because we were 15 min late to check out.

Great location, very clean rooms and comfortable beds and sincerely friendly staff.
Not applicable for us.

Quite empressed with the warmth and comfort of our room, clean and fresh, comfortable beds and excellent staff, very helpful, nice free continental breakfast!

The hotel was easy to find. Room was ok. Not overdone, clean too soft beds. Small bathroom for off-season, we thought it a bit pricey.
