Flamingo Beach Resort

ok would stay again ,but look for another place first

The resort is lovely, clean and in a perfect location. The beach is safe and has clean water and lots of colorful fish for snorkelers. The restaurant Topper's was very good, but overpriced for what they served. The front desk staff and concierge were not helpful and somewhat rude. Twice they flew the American flag upside down at the resort and when we told them, they fixed it but repeated the same the next day. Other than that, the full kitchen, sliding room separator doors and the beds were perfect for a family of four. We really enjoyed the pool, the shows and the resort overall. Location! We were able to watch the sunset and participate in snorkeling excursions directly from the resort's beach! The pool is a beautiful infinity designed inspiration and the rooms are quite comfy. The only thing we have to complain about is the staff at the front desk. All other staff members were helpful and seemingly trust worthy. The restaurant located on the premises, Toppers, has excellent food! read more

Great rooms, with great service and friendly staff. Nice private beach in a central location of all the action, if renting a car, don't go to big as parking spaces are tight.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was great with walking from my patio right onto the beach.

The hotel was very good, but they don’t bring a late check out, that was too bad.

As with most accommodations in St. Marten, the hotel rates are overpriced. While this hotel is in fact a time share facility, the room amenities are Spartan and akin to a holiday inn. Families may find staying here economical because of the kitchen and dining facilities located in the room itself.

Rude front desk staff and restaurant staff, housekeeping good. Room had an water leakage, room smelt. No hot water. Phone not working. Reported to front desk and still did not fix it.
