No elevator to 2nd floor, no breakfast on weekends.

Quiet location just off Calif Ave and Mohawk, located halfway between downtown and western half of city (CSUB). Pool area flanked by nice trees. Quiet A/C and heat temp controlled with new thermostats. Refrigerators have been removed from most units in remodeling but beds were upgraded. No elevator. Cars parked near overnight sprinklers will get sprayed.

The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated.
The parking area at the back was not secure and not as well kept as the interiors.

We had a very comfortable room and bed with well-appointed decor. The next-door neighbors were pretty loud in the afternoon, but it was very quiet that night. The back parking area was not secure, just bushes for a barrier and not as well kept as the interiors.
