The staff in every department could not been more freindly or helpful.
We had no complaints .
The staff at the front desk, dinning room, and the chamber maids were the most freindly and helpful that we have ever had ,also the people at the gate who took our tickets and always wished us to have a great day.

Very nice, clean place to stay for the RIGHT price. Can't beat the price! Priceline rocks!
The hotel lobby was not what I had expected - it looked more like a concierge desk than a check in. Okay though.
Very pleasant stay and would definitely go back again and would definitely use Priceline to book!

We stayed at this hotel and when we booked it we were excited that it was stated to be a 3 or 4 star spot. When we arrived there it was not a great set up. First of all it is attached to the airport via catwalk so we imagined hearing airplanes all night long (surprisingly we didn't). To get into the airport you must park in the rear, haul your bags across the parking lot to a small door in the back, then go through the lower level of the hotel to an elevator which you take to the second level to the reception desk. The rooms were alright, no bar fridge so you had to find the ice machine which there is only one I believe on the third floor. There was no breakfast at all, unless you were willing to pay a lot for it at the hotel restaurant (where a hamburger and fries cost $12 I think it was). The swimming pool was the tiniest I have ever seen. More like a hot tub I think. We did not use it so I cannot comment on the cleanliness. Beds were comfortable, though when I got into the first one the box spring slipped off the frame so check them out first! read more

Close to shopping.
Not clean, below standard expected.
Small room and small beds. Expensive coffee in lobby. Not clean and the service was inconsistent.

The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were great!
The TV didn't get local channels and buzzed. They offered to switch rooms.
This airport hotel was convenient for travelers. It was comfortable, but not out of the ordinary. Room was pretty clean, but the TV was a disappointment. The AC/heating was noisy. The rooms have been upgraded which was a plus. The entry doors from the road and parking area were too small to accommodate the luggage cart. If arriving/departing via the airport terminal, the access was great - through a 2nd. Floor bridge. By car the access for unloading was awful. read more

Very convenient to the airport.
The swimming pool was so small I thought it was a hot tub, was then disappointed that there was no hot tub.
