It was easy to find. It was clean.
Double beds don't fit two people well. Really needed the king bed with pull out second bed. Not available at booking.

As stated, clean rooms, staff seemed friendly. Would have preferred king bed with second pull-out bed, but unavailable at booking.

There was no information is the room pertaining to what to do in the area.

Very nice upscale hotel centrally located in the beautiful downtown Charlotte area. Complete with valet service and a bend over back wards to please you staff! Very nice room with luxurious down comforters and pillows. Super view.

Pretty much as expected.

The hotel is some distance from Gettysburg but the drive was nice. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was less then expected.

High end bathroom fixtures, balcony, very comfortable beds and the very large selection for the continental breakfast.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling. Clean, good breakfast and everything was very good.

The room was trendy and comfortable. I liked the early check-in and late check-out. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was impressive.
Lobby was not very interesting looking.

The continental breakfast was one of the best that I have had at any hotel, and it was a money saver because you had no need to go out and get a substantive breakfast. The rooms were nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed the trendy, contemporary feel. The staff was also very nice, and we liked that there were Gettysburg attraction pamphlets in the hotel.

We love the French doors that lead to the courtyard.
Biscuits and gravy for continental breakfast. Have something more general that everybody likes.

We love this hotel and have stayed there multiple times. We just wish there was something other than biscuits and gravy for the main entry. The waffles are very good, but every hotel has waffles and we get tired of waffles.
