Clean and well presented with quality decor and central location.
Additional parking costs. Limited driveway access and front door parking to drop off bags or passengers.

The hotel is located in downtown Halifax. It was clean with quality fittings and reasonable size rooms. Beds were good as were bathrooms.

The $17 charge for parking was a bit extreme and higher than other lots nearby in Halifax.

Great location near ocean entertainment and shopping.
Drains in sink and tub were slow.

Very nice decor, friendly staff, nice touch is that they provide complimentary umbrella's in room for guests to borrow, good idea with the amount of rain in Halifax, also nice complimentary apples (at front desk)and a bottle of water in the room. Excellent location downtown in a nice area for walking.

Over priced for the services and level of comfort.

Overall, I would rate this hotel poorly. Comfort level low, no restaraunt, no pool, etc. Too pricey for what was offered. Could have stayed at a nearby hotel offering food, pool, lounge, etc. for the same price.

No fan in bathroom; it became very steamy while showering.
