The pool area was great and the shuttle service to the foot ball game was great.
The restaurant food was not good.
For the price and the location we enjoyed our stay.

The amenities and quality of the hotel were very good for the price.
The carpets throughout and the hall walls need attention.
The lobby is attractive; the spa area is open for a good amount of time and is complete. The rooms are typical ; they are comfortable and convenient with coffee service. Complementary bottled water was a plus.

It was close to everything we needed to do.
Very noisy, very dangerous carpet a lot of rolls in it.
Nice hotel but the walls are so thin we heard the people next door all night partying.

Excellent staff; the lady at the front desk was very helpful with directions and extremely kind in regards to the reasons we were staying at the hotel.
Enjoyed everything.
Great place with friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Proximity to downtown without parking fees.
An ordinary hotel of modest decor and style. Functional, adequate, but not a memorable experience. OK.

The ability to be shuttled to attractions.
When lining up for the football shuttle there should be more organization.
I enjoy staying at the Four Points when I go to Minneapolis.

The hotel staff was helpful on many levels, in terms of tech support, shuttle accommodations. Fitness facility, pool sauna were good.
Not convenient to university, isolated location, high prices in restaurant, shabby carpet in public areas.
The only dining options are a fast food restaurant across the street and the hotel restaurant. I found the menu to be limited in terms of healthy affordable options.

Nicely updated room.
Got an allergic reaction on skin after using mats in gym.
I liked the room of this hotel. Everything was clean and updated. The AC was on, and I stayed in November. It took about 1 1/2 hrs. to heat up the room. Easy to find and just off the highway and away from the center of town. I got a skin rash after using the mats in the gym that stayed around for two days. I asked the front desk to clean it with bleach. It was either that or the laundry detergent, but I don't have sensitive skin. Other than that, it was a good deal. I would suggest asking that the apple pie be heated. The IPA beer was very good. Got some ice from the vending room and used leftover ice to create humidity in the room afterwards (I'm a singer, humidity is a good thing!). Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others as long as the mats are taken care of. read more
