The room, the front desk staff, the lack of follow through.

My room was along an outdoor walkway with my window facing out. Had to keep curtains closed entire time or people could see in. Smoking area seemed to be right there at entrance door. Door slammed each time closed. Could hear conversations of all, smoke blew into air conditioning ventilator and straight into room. This went on all night long. No sleep in 2 days.

Location to airport.
No elevator carry bags up flights of stairs.

Outside sign age is small due to proximity to airport making it hard to find at night. Google maps will lead astray regarding the location of this hotel hotel desk did not answer while I was lost causing further frustration. No elevators in this hotel. Plan on hoisting your luggage up steps after a long day on the road

Noise proximity to airport runways.

The nicest hotel in the area. Clean, well-decorated rooms. Friendly, attentive staff. Adequate gym/pool/lounge facilities. Designated preferred guest rooms - great for business travelers and SPG members. Directly across from airport runways. Very noisy for outside-facing rooms when planes depart during the day. Not enough wall outlets.
