It is a good hotel for business travelers. This is good place to stay, if you want to stay only for 2 or 3 days.

The lobby and bar area were very nice.
The room I was in was in wing that was like a motel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for doing business on West side of Houston. I was, however, shocked and surprised by the room. For a 3 star hotel I did not expect my room to be in a wing of the hotel that was like a motel. My room opened up to an outside walkway that was open to the public. The nicer parts of the hotel were inside behind self locking doors, but not my room. This hotel is definitely located in an urban part of Houston and I felt less than secure. The instructions in the room suggested that you be sure to use dead bolt lock and the security latch. Unfortunately, the deadbolt did not seat in the door so it was unusable. I definitely wouldn't pay the same price for that room again. read more

Clean. Friendly staff.
Breakfast didn't come with room. AC not directable. Blew on us all night. Beds were only moderate.

Overall experience was good, as the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Pool was convenient. All equipment worked. Would have been better if it came with a complimentary breakfast bar.

Its location.

The hotel was a great value for what we paid. Upscale clean and friendly. Room was very clean, modern, with a flat screen TV and nice amenities, including wifi for no additional charge.

No hassle anywhere.
Housekeeping kept setting the temperature down in the 60's.

Excellent location. Under remodeling so some things were blocked out. Could have been hard to find, but we got the right road the first try and it was easy.
