Very good hotel. Clean, comfortable, free parking, easy drive to Kansas City, Missouri, Kansas City, Kansas, and Leavenworth, Kansas. Very clean hotel.

Bar / restaurant was a sports bar venue with large TVs.
The bed and pillows were in new condition but very uncomfortable.

Met expectations, shuttle to airport was on time and very courteous. Room was nice but you could see the paint marks in the bathroom where they recently remodeled, not a great job.

Pillows were uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, great price. Unfortunately I tossed and turned all night due to the pillows. Next time I'll bring my own if possible.

The food was good in the restaurant and the free shuttle service to Zona Rosa was wonderful!
Room was a little small and televisions need updated. Restaurant service was not very good.

I would stay at this hotel again!

I didn't like it.
The towels were stained in our room. The didn't have anything for you to do. It was very pricey to eat there.

Overall, I am very unsatisfied about this hotel. I have no idea how it got it's ratings. I am very disappointed. It was not even clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. Our backs hurt when we got up in the morning from the beds. They also don't have very many beneficial amenities.

Clean, friendly, easy check in, pleasant stay and nice rooms.
No complimentary coffee.

Pleasant stay, close to the airport, but not too close, as to be bothered with noise. Rooms were clean, well maintained and nice decor. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
