Staff was attentive.
The bathroom door did not have a dorr nob and did not close. The hotel was very small and hallways were being renovated.

I was generally disappointed in the size and upkeep of the property.

Bathroom lighting wasn't great.

Good hotel, loved the location, staff was friendly. We had a room on the 4th floor that was wheelchair accessible (although we didn't need it). The bathroom lighting was not good and there wasn't any room in the bathroom to place items on a counter. Other than that we loved the place! We will be back!

Good Location, near of subway stations and very close to the NY city action.
It is not well known by the taxi drivers and couple times I finished in the Chelsa location.
