we had a very bad experience.
Almost everything.

We went with a 3.5 star hotel because we had a large party in town to attend a wedding. we needed to be able to entertain small children for long stretches in case of rain and it rained! The indoor pool one of the main reasons we picked the hotel was for the indoor pool. It was almost never open to us closed for hotel events, used as a buffet area. On the last night of our visit the hotel put a rap group in the room adjoining the one housing my grandchildren and daughter, they began smoking strange things, yelling and generally causing a loud ruckus. The hotel staff moved my daughter as to not disturb this famous band. They promised to call me to straighten out the problem, but as of yet two days later they have not responded to us in any way. The level of cleanliness was not good. You could not get coffee in the hotel until after 7 on a business day. I could go on but my fingers are getting tired. read more
