Location

Clean comfortable family friendly hotel in a good section of the city close to the Hauptbanhof, and relatively central. Would (and likely will) stay again no problem.

Had internet access on one computer complimentary in lobby
30 euro per night charge for an extra cot, Option for an extra person was not on the booking reservation to let know price.

In a slightly dodgy are quite outside the main city attractions, but a short walk from one of the train stops. I don't know if a single woman would want to stay in this area alone at night to walk/to from the train station to get to the hotel. The hotel pictures on sight make the hotel look far nicer than it is in acutality.

This was a last minute trip and had to do some quick findings for a hotel. Staff was excellent, room was clean and spacious. The hotel is convenient to train station and the center of Munich. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean & well kept, very roomy for European Hotel.
Expensive for overall quality of hotel.

Good quality rooms, though halls and other things exterior to room needed retouching. Large room for Europe. Still feel about 15-25% overpriced given overall quality & location. Would be very close for Oktoberfest but would then be even pricier.

Bed was great, quiet.
Thought breakfast was included, it was not.

Clean hotel, on the Southside of train station, about 6-7 blocks walk. Only sauna, no fitness facilities. Free computer with internet access in lobby. Breakfast cost extra. Approximately a mile + from Old Town. Walkable at day, at night. Few restaurants near by. U Bahn station about 3 blocks.

Great view from the balcony.
We could not fit in the underground parking and had a hard time finding parking on the street.

Great playground 100 yards away for the kids, we traveled with a topper on our van which made it impossible to park in the underground parking structure so we were left to fend for ourselves with the street parking as the only other option. We did close to half a dozen laps of the area and finally found a spot- the streets are very busy in this area since there are quite a few businesses. Overall, great place. read more

Rooms were nice.

The Sheraton is a nice cozy hotel. It is about a ten minute walk to the subway. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
