Staff very helpful - beverages available at entry - computer.
Directions made it difficult to get to because of excess lanes.
This hotel was very nice and clean - the staff responded promptly to any issue and were very helpful when asked. The rooms very nice and well maintained and had all of the needed acessories. A nice place to stay!

We have stayed here even before when it was the Doubletree.
Drinks were expensive, no on-site dining except for dinner--no room service.
They have made good renovations. Needed more space for clothes such as drawers. There was a lot of noise at night. Children were knocking on the door and running.

Did not like that the carpet in the hallway appeared dirty.
For a 3.5 star hotel, it was expected that the room be clean, the linens were stained, the carpet was sticky, the towels were stored on the floor. Burn marks on the sink indicated there was smoking in the room. Also the furniture looked worn. I was very dissapointed. The hotel staff was not friendly.
