The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the lack of in-room dining.
Lack of in-room dining, no formal dresser drawers in hotel room, the sink gurgled all night long, my TV lost its signal during a movie.
If you just need some place quick to lay your head for one night and don't have a lot of luggage, and don't want to spend a lot of money this is a value.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was easy to navigate.
The eatery was understaffed and overpriced. We gave up on buying coffee there. Should have been notified about parking fees.
The hotel was pleasant and clean. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You may want to bring your own pillows as theirs were not very comfortable and definitely plan on eating and drinking somewhere else.

The room was not very clean, and was below expectation.
Cleanliness, furnishing, and the bathroom.
Hotel claims to be recently renovated, did not find that to be true. Room/carpet/furnishing/bedding was below my expectation for a claimed 3 star hotel under Sheraton brand.

Big bed warm and comfortable.
Not enough parking spaces.
Second time we stayed in 3 months. The first time in July the pool was very cold.

The cheerfulness of the staff.
Food selection was limited on premises.
The staff here were friendly and efficient. I ate at the bar one night. Although short on atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area, I was quite surprised by the tastiness of the food and quantity, order the Philly cheese steak. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy with down pillows.

Room was clean enough.
$6 parking fee. parking should be free.
Hotel was good for single night stay. Anymore, and you're better off somewhere else. Parking fee of $6 should be waived.
