It was just what I needed to get away for a mini vacation.
By accident room service took my apple cin cake all because I left it in the wrong stop.
Wonderfully quite, excellent staff. I would stay there again.

The decor was fabulous when you first walk in. The staff was great.
Sorry I can't say one negative thing. Our stay was great. I can't wait to return.
I have already told my family and friends about my stay. I am so glad we were able to get the Four Points hotel through Priceline. There is nothing to say except, everything was perfect to the check in and the check out. I recommend you stay.

Nothing.
This hotel is not a good chain.
We had confirmed reservations at another hotel owned by the same company. Upon arrival, we were informed that they overbooked and could not accommodate our need for 2 beds. We had our reservation transferred to another hotel at the same location. It took over 40 minutes for our room to be made ready-this at 4 PM. The room was like a loft apartment, very noisy, every noise from the bath was heard throughout the room, since the walls did not go to the ceiling. There was no restaurant, only a convenience store - I paid for a upscale hotel. Our credit card was charged for unknown purchases, which has still to be reconciled. The Hotel Aloft is a joke. I'd like a refund for this trip. read more

Friendly staff.
I just had an awful time in Philly, so I really hated my stay. I can't really make a good opinion.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the lack of in-room dining.
Lack of in-room dining, no formal dresser drawers in hotel room, the sink gurgled all night long, my TV lost its signal during a movie.
If you just need some place quick to lay your head for one night and don't have a lot of luggage, and don't want to spend a lot of money this is a value.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was easy to navigate.
The eatery was understaffed and overpriced. We gave up on buying coffee there. Should have been notified about parking fees.
The hotel was pleasant and clean. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You may want to bring your own pillows as theirs were not very comfortable and definitely plan on eating and drinking somewhere else.

The room was not very clean, and was below expectation.
Cleanliness, furnishing, and the bathroom.
Hotel claims to be recently renovated, did not find that to be true. Room/carpet/furnishing/bedding was below my expectation for a claimed 3 star hotel under Sheraton brand.

Price, and quality.
No hot tub, and pool was closed.
Convenient to airport with free shuttle, but lacking in choice of restaurants.
