Very clean, nice location.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Wet and Wild, and right around the corner from Universal. I didn't use the pool or restaurant, but both looked very nice and clean.

Lovely, spacious rooms, awesome location and great amenities.
Pool area was a little small and no hot tub.
Really lovely, comfortable and spacious rooms. We were on 14th floor and had an amazing view. Pool area was a little small and no hot tub, but whatever. Pool bar. Free internet and printing in the lobby to boot! Will definitely stay here again!

This is a good hotel for the most part. However, the other travelers that were at the hotel were not quite adjusted to the time changes as they were up all hours which made for difficult sleeping for the business traveler for work.

Very friendly staff, great location to Universal Studios, free shuttle to Universal, good pool, nice big room, and a big comfortable beds.
Housekeeping kept forgetting to give us clean towels during our stay.
Excellent hotel! Other then housekeeping forgetting our towels, which one call down to the front desk fixed. We loved every minute! The staff was extremely friendly, always saying hello and asking if we needed anything. The rooms where large and clean. We have nothing but good things to report.

Location is great; Free Internet terminal in the lobby is very handy.
A little run down can use some renovations. Swimming pool needs attention, as the water was full of leaves and sometime small dead insects and bugs
Hotel was great, can¿t beat the location. But it is a little run down and in need of some renovation. We used the restaurant once on a sat for the Brunch buffet, they seated us and 5 minutes later they were clearing the buffet as it was closer to 11:00 AM and we didn¿t appreciate that. The complementary bottle of water in the room everyday was a nice touch. For the price paid we were happy with the hotel. read more

The location was excellent and it was clean.
Housekeeping was slow in responding to our needs.
Overall, loved our stay. It was clean, updated, secure and conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful.
