Rooms are not well thought out, and no guest laundry.

Very clean, new, contemporary. Rooms are small, not well thought out, no closet,just a small Armoire. Seemed like every time you would tun around you were running into something. Shower only and the door is on the opposite side as the shower controls making it very difficult to turn on shower before getting in.

free, friendly staff.
Room and bathroom space very small, no fridge or microwave in room pillows uncomfortable.

The rate was very affordable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hard to locate, hidden behind the car dealership and sign out front on the street is easily overlooked. Room and bathroom need a little more space to work with. However I would stay again.

I thought it was well designed for business and personal use.
I did not like that continental breakfast was not included.

The four Points hotel was nice and comfy with business and personal use atmosphere. I believe continental breakfast should be included in the stay.

Young man that checked me in could not have cared less about helping me.

Nice and new. Room is small but nice. Cleanliness was just ok.
