The staff was amazing and front desk and dining.

The hotel lobby was very nice, the staff was great and they had coffee and treats in the lobby. The room was very nice, very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Charming staff.
Poor quality gym equipment - so did not use.

Staff were charming and friendly without being intrusive. Omelet chef was knowledgeable about celiac diets from his other job at a seniors' home, and so personable that I felt good for those seniors! Very quiet room despite being near major airport.

The staff were very friendly, they gave us an Executive Suite that was large and very well maintained. The location was excellent.
It took some time to check out as there was only one person at
the desk.

Great location. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we went for buffet and there was a good selection. Beds were comfortable and the room & bathroom was fairly large.

The staff was friendly especially the one who worked in the restaurant.
The location is terrible there are no decent restaurant and the hotel is located in the industrial area.

First room we had, air conditioner did not work. Second room, TV did not work. They spent hours trying to fix it before finally moving us to a 3rd room.

Pinnacle lounge food was okay.
The windows, carpet and curtains need to be spring cleaned.

It was very affordable and close proximity to the Pearson airport.
