The hotel is on the bus line that will take you throughout the town for a small fee. The on-premise restaurant, Bourbon Street, has a homestyle southern, Cajun flare that satisfies all appetites and ages. Guests will enjoy free wireless high-speed Internet access, indoor heated pool, business center, exercise room and banquet and meeting rooms. All guest rooms have coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards and Nintendo games. Select rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and kitchen facilities. Breakfast available at a charge. Bed bugs.

Checked in at 11pm and went to bed. Felt like something was crawling on my arm and it was!!! Small 3-4 mm bug that popped and was full of blood . Saw others scurrying off the bed. Then noticed bites on my arm and neck. Contacted front desk . She was kind and moved us to another floor in another section of the hotel. If we did not have to catch a flight and leave at 6 am I would have checked into another hotel. Did not sleep all night. Sat up in a chair. read more

The room was nice enough but there were only 2 mirrors - one in the bathroom and one on the back of the bathroom door where there were no outlets. There was a large vacant wall over the desk and it would have been nice to have a mirror over that so I could blow dry my hair while my husband was in the shower. A large mirror would have made a big difference.

decor.

The hotel is in need of refurbishing. The carpet is in poor condition, with duct tape covering holes. The electrical outlets are dangerously loose with the covers not attached properly. The vending machines were empty/not working on our floor. It was an overall poor experience.

Beds were very worn, backache.

I would not recommend this hotel. Beds were very soft and worn, and the bathroom was sub-par. Water leaked in the shower, and the room was a D rating. The elevator was super slow and very inconvenient.

Easy to find, great location for spending time at Colonial Williamsburg (within walking distance). A welcoming and accommodating staff. Lots of ancillary services, exercise room, pool, attached restaurant.
