Friendly staff, close to metro, OK location, clean and comfortable. Free wireless a definite plus!

Overall, we would stay here again. The rooms were an OK size, and the bed was satisfactory. For the price, this hotel is good value. Ask to stay on the side facing the garden because we heard that rooms facing the street were a tad noisy.

Great location and price, friendly staff.
They charged 7 Euro 50 for the continental breakfast which I thought was free, and it was certainly not worth the price.

Great location, great price, cozy with a friendly, helpful staff. 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes from the Metro Station. The rooms were clean, but no frills which was fine with me. Elevator is small, and could barely accommodate our bags with only one person. I'd absolutely stay there again.

Everything fine. Good location, price, etc.
My shower had poor water pressure, but I believe it was only mine.

The hotel was uninhabitable due to construction. It reeked of fumes and solvents and made us sick.

I am appalled that this hotel remains open during a complete overhaul of its facilities: The place is drilling, construction, and complete chaos! We found stairwell and lobby completely torn up due to renovation, but worse, our room reeked of paint, turpentine, and solvents. We quickly found we couldn't breathe for all the fumes and were forced to sleep one night there with all the windows open. We'd have left immediately but were unable to find alternate accommodations. Upon check out, the hotel tried to force us to pay for two nights' lodging. I felt we were being generous paying for the one. We lost one day of our vacation in the hassle of finding and relocating to a different hotel. read more

Location.
Hotels website claimed it was recently renovated, but work was still underway during our stay!

Has potential. Staff was friendly, lobby area will be nice when complete, stairs are narrow and steep and the elevator is a two person at best that stops between floors, and you must then walk a 1/2 flight up or down.
