Location convenient due to nearby restaurants, metro stop, pharmacy & supermarket.
Though the condiments were supposed to be complimentary, I had to ask for them everyday during my 5 day stay. No swimming pool. Did not feel luxurious.

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff member was a little rude to us, maybe he was overwhelmed with the number of people who had arrived earlier than us. None-the-less there was no reason to be rude to the customers that are helping pay his salary. While the condiments in the room were supposed to be complimentary, the cleaning staff would never replace the condiments on a daily basis. My husband and I had to ask for them everyday during our 5 day stay. Usually they brought them up within 15 minutes, one day they brought it up 2 hours later. In the morning, when you want to have your coffee and go about exploring Paris, its annoying to not be able to drink your coffee/tea. There's no swimming pool at this place; only a small fitness center. This hotel in no way felt luxurious to us. We've been to Paris before and have stayed at 2 and 3 star hotels. The Crown Plaza is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, yet the service is mediocre at best and really doesn't have too many amenities. read more

The room was beautiful and the bathroom large; hotel modern.
Concierge was rarely available. Huge lines at front desk; slow.

The hotel is clean, modern. Some rooms are modern and some rooms are horrible. We went through three room changes on the first day. There was a huge line up for checking in and checking out. 3 staff members were on – slow. 30 minutes wait or more after a 14 hour flight, no thanks. Lines were always there throughout the day, plus the concierge was rarely available, especially on the weekends. read more

It was close by wonderful restaurants and the metro.
The elevator was very small and needed maintenance as did the light fixtures in the room.

The beds were very nice and they were very roomy for European standards.

Excellent location, clean and recently updated. Highly recommend and would use this hotel again in the future.

Clean, very handy to metro, friendly attentive staff.
The bar closes too early, barstaff could use some New York style training.

Very nice hotel with great staff in a very convenient location. Steps away from a metro station with five lines. My only very minor complaints are the bar closes early and is not setup well for meeting other travellers and the room TV/AV system does not seem as full featured as I would expect. There is internet and a nice flat screen with 28 channels from all over Europe but that's it. Of course being in Paris with a million other places to visit and things to do these issues are incredibly trivial. read more

The view is excellent. You can walk to at great restaurant.
The hallways are very narrow and one feels like it's a labyrinth.

This is a hotel with great style. It's not the greatest or most luxurious, but it is worth your money.

Great location and amazing hotel for a Holiday Inn! Very upscale.
Flat screen TV had only 2 English stations- needed to pay for more and same for music-pay per hour.

Lovely European Hotel with very modern upscale rooms and decor. I liked being in a room. Huge windows and very scenic. The neighborhoods all around were very French with stores, cafes & rests. Great value in today’s Euro environment.

It was in a good location, there is a metro stop right in front. Also it has a nice evening atmosphere.
The staff took forever on a request for a rollaway; we finally received one at 2 am! The internet was not connected to our room.
