The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very attractive.
The room was very dated and the bathroom was extremely small.

The hotel location and lobby area were fine. The room was extremely small and the bathroom was even smaller. There was a floor model portable air conditioner in the room that took up floor space and was connected with extension cords that may have been a safety issue. The high star sets up expectations that are not met.

Nice outside on the surface.
Room smelled like Clorox and it felt wet and cold. It was an inside room, and you cold hear a wedding receipt.

There were small bugs in the room! But the hotel from the outside was nice.

The room was very small for a four star property.

I think had our room been a bit more spacious we would have been fine with this property. I do not think this hotel rates as four star, especially when considering the room size we were given.

A little dated but that's not all bad.

Older hotel, friendly staff. Parking next door
at 12 bucks/night is not bad at all. Room was very nice, bed was really great. Our room on the second floor was very quiet at night.
