The WiFi offered isn't free and its expensive.

Very nice hotel and the staff is excellent. Location is great if attending a convention.

The breakfast buffet was one of the most expensive I have encountered in my travels (27 Euros), and the quality was, at best, mediocre. It really ruined what was otherwise an overall good experience at the hotel.

Very friendly check-in at the front desk.
Horrible service and food for late-night dinner at the Brasserie Ici restaurant.

Very comfortable rooms, and I enjoyed the stay.

Mob scenes in the lobby.

The hotel is the highest in Europe, occupying floors 27-42 of a high rise office building near downtown Frankfurt. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent beds, very quiet, great view. Efficient room service, great breakfast. What more does a business traveler want. Highly recommended.
